We will look at your dilemmas and stuck places, and gain an overview of your struggles. Then, we'll set goals, give you tools, and challenges, and use your life as a training ground to try out new strategies and awareness. I ask clients to commit to at least three sessions either once a week or once every other week, so that we can at least identify patterns, try something new and give you feedback.
It's important to integrate what you learn, embrace new challenges, and not keep trying the same ones. Leave each session with new ways of seeing your life.
As of now, we are not accepting insurance. Rates are 150 to 175 sliding scale for individuals and 175 to 200 sliding scale for couples.
